  Creativity may be one of the most important aspects of life. As  referenced  in th e  Ted   Talk  on “The Theory of Creativity”  as children we have big dreams  and open minds, but as we grow older, we are told not to ambitious and to be more practical. Our creative and  ambitious  side is something we all have when we ar e born but  loose it  as time passes . As  Picasso  once said  “All children are artists. The problem is to remain an arti st when we grow up”.  It is devastating that society  crushes this side of us,   because creativity and image are  something,   we need to be successful, it is a way to stand out and be h erd.  Often,  we  overlook  our hopes, dreams and ambitions.        After careful consideration and evaluation,  I have decided to work in a group for the portfolio project this year.  In the past I have always worked in groups because of the benefits it provides such as various perspectives and opinions  of the other group members. Teamwork can also be beneficial because it takes the workload of f one single person , and   instead the work  is  divided between  the  group  members .  As long as   you choose   responsible and reliable group members to work  with,  being in a group is often less stressful then working individually.  I was positive that working in a group in this particular instance would be best  decision  due to the results  of the “Lost at Sea Ranking Chart ”.   When working indivi dually my score for the activity was relatively high, but when I switched to the group my score improved significantly.
